                The candidates must bring following original documents to the college at the time of interview along with two complete sets of attested photocopies. 

IMPORTANT NOTE 

IT IS TO INFORM ALL THE SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES THAT 5 SEATS ARE AVAILABLE IN COMPUTERR SCIECNE MERITORIOUS ADMISSIONS, THE CANDIDATES WOULD BE CONSIDER FOR ADMISSION ACCORDING TO THE MERIT  THE LOW MERIT CANDIDATES WOULD BE CONSIDER ONLY WHEN HIGH MERIT CANDIDATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADMISSION.

  • Domicile
  • DMC of last exam passed.( 4 copies)
  • Character Certificate
  • Father CNIC & Mother CNIC
  • Five  passport size picture (5)
  • Sports certificate (for sports quota)
  • Disability certificate (for disable quota)
  • Residence certificate
  • Parents employment certificate from HED (for HED employees only)
  • Migration certificate
  • Stamp paper from court for admitting that she had not taken admission in any other college ( Affidavit)
  • Afghan (approval of documents from afghan commissioner)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. The candidate who missed her interview dates would not be considered for admission after due date.
