• Domicile
• DMC of last exam passed.( 4 copies)
• Character Certificate
• Father CNIC & Mother CNIC
• Five  passport size picture (5)
• Sports certificate (for sports quota)
• Disability certificate (for special person quota)
• Parent’s employment certificate from HED (for HED employees only)
• Migration certificate(in case of other board)
• Afghan (approval of documents from afghan commissioner)
