Bring 02 sets of attested photocopies of the following documents, to the college at the time of interview along with original documents.

• Matric/SSC Certificate
• SSC DMC
• 2^nd Year DMC
• Domicile
• Character certificate
• Student’s CNIC or Form B
• Father's CNIC & Mother’s CNIC
• Four passport size pictures with white background
• Sports Certificate (for sports quota)
• Disability Certificate (for disable quota)
• Residence Certificate (In case required according to quota)
• Parent's employment Certificate from HED ( for HED employees Only)
• Board to University Migration Certificate

        Stamp paper from court for admitting that she had not taken admission in any other college (Affidavit).
