9. If a student has passed Matric from other than BISE Mardan, she has to bring Board to Board Migration Certificate                     
10. Sports Certificate (If applied on Sports Quota)
11. Disability Certificate (If applied on Disable Quota)
12. Board Migration Certificate in case of SSC/Matric passed other than BISE Mardan
13. Admission Fee Rs.5750/- for Science (Pre-Medical + Pre-Engineering)
14. Admission Fee Rs. 5250/- for Arts/Humanities
15. admission will be denied at the lapse of interview dates
