10. Sports Certificate (If applied on Sports Quota)
11. Disability Certificate (If applied on Disable Quota)
12. Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
13. Board Migration Certificate in case of SSC/Matric passed other than BISE Mardan
14. Admission Fee Rs.5350/- for Science (Pre-Medical + Pre-Engineering)
15. Admission Fee Rs. 4850/- for Arts/Humanities

17. admission will be denied at the lapse of interview dates
