5. Domicile Certificate (1 copy)
6. Migration Certificate if last exam passed from other than BISE Abbottabad.
7. Documents proving eligibilty for quaota seats (if applied for quota seats)
8. Affidavit/Undertaking (Original Stamp paper of Rs. 30/.)
