1. Photocopy set of, Domocile, Character Certificate from last attended institute.
2. Four passport size pictures with white background.
3. Father CNIC/ self CNIC, Father cell#
4. Verified Online admission form
5. Students applied for specific quota are directed to provide the original certificate of concerned quota i.e College Employee, Minority, Disable etc
6. Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on notified date and time shall automically lose the right to admission.
7. Students seeking admission in hostel should submit their application to the committee.
8. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear themself for interview.
