5. Students' Form-B/CNIC and Father CNIC

6. Certificate of any quota applicable (Sports/Hafiz e Quraan/College Employee/Disable)

8. Fee for admission to the desired program of study

9. COVID-19 Vaccination certificate if vaccinated ( not vaccinated candidates will do their vaccination before starting of the classes)

10. A File Cover to hold all the above-mentioned documents
