2. Detailed Marks Certificate of SSC (Matriculation) Examination ( 3 copies)
3. Passport size photographs with white background (3 photographs)
4. Character Certificate
5. Domicile Certificate (1 copy)
6. Migration Certificate if last exam passed from other than BISE Abbottabad.
7. Documents proving eligibilty for quaota seats (if applied for quota seats)
8. Affidavit/Undertaking (Original Stamp paper of Rs. 30/.)
