Instructions

  1. Interview time is from 8:45 am to 12:00 pm in official working days.
  2. Candidates are directed to bring their original documents and attested photocopies of
  1. Printout of online admission form
  2. Father/Student National Identity Card (1 copy)
  3. Student form B (copy 1)
  4. Detailed Marks Certificate (3 copies)
  5. Domicile (1 copy)
  6. 4 passport size pictures with white background & 2 blue back ground pictures.
  7. Quota seats Certificate (proof must be attached with the documents.)
  8. Migration Certificate(if other than BISE SWAT)
  9. Sports Certificate (if applied on sports quota)
  10. Undertaking/ affidavit on page on the day of interview.
  11. One year or more year gap undertaking
