REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERVIEW

1. Printed online admission form

2. Matric & Intermediate (one photocopy) original documents

3. Photocopies of Matric & Intermediate documents (2 sets of each)

4. Passport size color photographs (4 numbers)

5. Photocopy of Domicile certificate, Form-B , CNIC (student/father) admission form duly signed by students & parents.

6. Original Migration Certificate from Board to University
