                                                   CANCELLATION OF _TENDER NOTICE

Tender Notice advertised in daily “Daily Mashriq” Dt:19-02-2019 vide INF(P)242 may be considered as CANCELLED (as a whole), due to technical flaws i.e. unreasonable rates of different dealers/bidders , which cannot fulfill the criteria of procurement/demand of institution.

                       RE-TENDER-NOTICE

                                                 BS-LAB; EQUIPMENTS AND PLANT & MACHINERY  

                      Sealed Tenders are required by the undersigned for BS-Laboratories/Class Rooms, from registered firms, who have renewed licenses for the financial year 2018-19 (separate tender for each item , and amount specified in PKRs under each item) through post/courier service up to 06-04-2019 at 12-00 Noon. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12-30 PM in the presence of the representatives of the concerned firms (if any) and the purchase committee in the office of the Principal Government Post Graduate College, Lakki Marwat. Tender forms could be received from the office of the Principal,GPGC,Lakki Marwat by the firms or their authorized representatives during office hours. Photo copy of the tender forms and the forms not signed by the undersigned will not be accepted.

Terms and conditions are as follows:-

            1. Tenders should be sent through single stage, one envelop procedure.

 

2. (2%) two percent call deposit of the total amount (refundable) shall be attached with the tender form.

3. The successful firm shall deposit 8% of the tender offered as security after the tender is accepted.

4. The firm shall be bound to supply the items within 30 days after supply order is placed.

5. The substandard items will not be accepted and the firm will be bound to re supply standard items within a weak otherwise the supply order shall stand cancelled and the security forfeited.

6. Prices/Rates given in the tender forms (must including GST) & shall be applicable for financial year 2018-19 only.

7. Income tax and Sales tax will be deducted from the bills according to the prevailing rules and regulations.

8. The purchase committee has the option to reject a tender as a whole or a part there of, after recording reasonable reasons. The reasons of rejection shall be communicated to the concerned firms at their request.

9. The successful firms will be responsible for supply to the concerned college.

10. No tender form will be received after the above mentioned specified date & time.
