TENDER NOTICE

  Sealed Tenders are invited from the approved Contractors/Firms who have their enlistment with the Govt:  for C.F.Y,2018-19 and deposited a renewal fee as per PK categories. The sealed Tenders will be opened in the presence of College Council.

Terms and conditions are as follows:-

 

1. B.O.Q will be available at main office during working hours.

2. The following verified/attested documents are required with the application.

A. Earnest money to the extent of 02% in the shape of call deposit along with stamp/duty.

B. Successful bidder will deposit 08% of the earnest money as security before issuance of work order. In case of unsatisfactory work all the security will be forfeited.

C. CNIC copy of bidder.

D. P.E.C license  for the year 2019.

F. Registration with Engineering Council/ C&W.

G. Income Tax Renewal fee (attested copies)

3. Sealed tender BOQ should be sent through registered courier / post.

4. Contractor /firms having P.E.C relevant specialization are eligible.

5. Bidder having bogus documents will be disqualified.

6. The approved contractors/bidder will be bound to start repair work within 07-days after the issue of work order & complete the same in a month, otherwise call deposits will be forfeited

7. The U/S reserve the right to accept or reject anyone or all tenders; however on application the applicant can be explained about reason.

8. All the Govt; taxes will be deducted / recovered as per prevailing policy of KPK Govt.

9. More than below 10% rates will not be entertained.

10.Bidders must have registration with Revenue Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

11. Tender will be considered cancelled in case of non providing of funds by Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

12.Affidavit regarding authenticity of submitted documents & completion of work in stipulated period must be attached with Tender Form.

13.Sell / subletting of work will not be allowed.
