Admission Policy and Guidelines

General Terms and Conditions

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is allowed by the Principal as per board or university rules.

• Attendance: Students missing more than three (>3) sessions will still be considered in the merit list.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Intermediate Admissions

• Requirement: SSC Marks $\ge 40\%$ (Previously E Grade)

2. BS / AD (1st Semester)

• Requirement: HSSC Marks $\ge 45\%$

3. Program Viability

• Minimum Applicants: No admission will be granted in programs with fewer than 20 applicants.

• Exception: Requires prior approval from the Director of Higher Education.

4. Restrictions

• Supplementary Exams: Students clearing supplementary exams in the same academic year are not eligible.

Upper Age Limit Policy

• General Rule: Age relaxation is allowed by the Principal as per BISE/university rules.

• Sports Quota Rules:

  • Age limit for sports quota is the same as other quotas.

  • No age relaxation is granted for sports applicants.

• Female Applicants: There is no upper age limit for females, except when applying under the sports quota.

Jurisdiction Area

• Definition: Colleges shall define their jurisdiction area based on Union Councils / Neighborhood Councils.

• Determination: Jurisdiction areas are determined by the JMC.

• Overlap: Overlapping of jurisdiction areas may be possible.
