General Terms and Conditions

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation may be granted by the Principal according to the rules and regulations of the Board or University.

Attendance

Students who miss more than three (3) admission sessions will still be considered for inclusion in the merit list.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Intermediate Admissions

Requirement: SSC Marks 40% or above (Previously E Grade)

2. BS / AD (1st Semester)

Requirement: HSSC Marks 45% or above

3. Program Viability

• Minimum Applicants: No admissions will be offered in any program with fewer than 20 applicants.

• Exception: Such programs may only be started with prior approval from the Director of Higher Education.

4. Restrictions

Students who pass supplementary examinations in the same academic year are not eligible for admission.

Upper Age Limit Policy

General Rule

Age relaxation may be granted by the Principal according to BISE/University rules.

Sports Quota Rules

• The age limit for the Sports Quota is the same as for all other quotas.

• No age relaxation is allowed for Sports Quota applicants.

• There is no upper age limit for female applicants, except those applying under the Sports Quota.

Age Limit by Admission Level

Jurisdiction Area

Definition

Each college shall define its jurisdiction area based on Union Councils (UCs) or Neighborhood Councils (NCs).

Determination

Jurisdiction areas shall be determined by the Jurisdiction Management Committee (JMC).

Overlap

Overlapping of jurisdiction areas may be permitted where applicable.
