Vision Statement: An institution that will act as a hub for curricular and co-curricular activities in the area.

Mission Statement: Bringing academic excellency by strengthening of Human Resources, introduction of Quality Assurance Practices and formation of different bodies for co-curricular activities.

Goals:

1. Strengthening of Human Resources: By obtaining sanctions for new posts and filling the existing vacant posts.
2. Team Work Concept: Focus will be made on team work concept and decentralization of power/ work.
3. Activation of Quality Assurance Office: Quality Assurance Office of the college will be activated/ facilitated for adaptation of best quality practices.
4. Adherence to Rules and Regulations: Strict adherence to rules and regulations especially to student’s absentees, struck off and readmission polices.
5. Improvement of Class Room Environment: By avoiding overcrowding of students in class rooms, continuous supply of electricity during class hours, lighting system and sound system.
6. Establishment of New Laboratories: Establishment of new laboratories for B.Sc. Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Gymnasium for HPE.
7. Strengthening of Existed Intermediate Laboratories: The existing intermediate science laboratories will be strengthened by supplying all essential equipments and chemicals.
8. Furnishing of Library: The college library will be furnished with newspapers, easy chairs, heating and cooling system.
9. Renovation of College Hall: The college hall will be renovated and set for curricular and co-curricular activities by formation of stage, provision of chairs, removing of echo, sound and lightening system.
10. Formation of Various Bodies/ Societies: Formation of various societies/ bodies for student’s welfare, community outreach and students grooming.
11. Formation of College Website and Uploading of College Data: All the college information will be uploaded on its website for general public and students.
12. Ensuring Full Coverage to Curricular and Co-curricular Activities: Coverage of such activities in electronic media, press, social media and initiation of college magazine.
13. Demolishing of Old Building and Formation of Green Grassy Lawn in the Center of the College.
14. Beautification of the whole college.
