DUES/FEE STRUCTURE

The following dues are charged at the intermediate and degree levels.

vii. Affiliation Fee (Degree Classes).......Rs. 50/- Per Head amount on utility bills

viii. Social Work Fee ( Degree Classes)...Rs. 200/- (As per University requirement)

ix. Board Registration...........................Rs. 280/- (As per BISE requirement)

x. University Registration..................... Rs. 620/- (As per University requirement)

xi. Sports Fee .......................................Rs. 250/- (As per BISE/University requirement)

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING COLLEGE DUES:

i. All dues must be paid in advance by the students seeking admission to the Part-I of their respective curses.

ii. 2nd and 4th year students have to deposit all the dues before the commencement of their classes.

iii. Roll numbers of Board/University examinations are issued only when a student clears her dues and has the required number of attendance at her credit.

iv. BISE registration fee and sports fee is payable by 1st year students only.

v. University registration fee, Social Work fee and sports fee, if any, is payable only by 3rd year students.

vi. Students studying Computer Science at any level shall also pay the Computer charges in every year of their studies.

vii. Security should be claimed within one month of the termination of the public examination, otherwise it will be forfeited in favour of government.

PAYMENTS OF FEES AND DUES.

All outstanding dues must be paid in advance by the notified date. If the Student fails to pay the dues for two consecutive months without any intimation her” name will be struck off from the college.

According to Board/University rules, college tuition fee is charged for 12 months during the one session course of intermediate and degree classes. The other funds are also charged for the same period as the tuition fees. No students what so ever will be allowed to appear in the college or Board/University examination until all outstanding college or university dues are cleared.
