Govt Degree College Pabbi Nowshera

<p>&lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;Pabbi is a famous town of district Nowshera, situated on the side of Grand Trunk Road between Nowshera through Peshawar.&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;In 2008, Pabbi was given a status of Tehsil. Although the majority of the population of this area is related not only to agriculture but various other fields of life are also being practiced. The importance of education among the youth of this area is growing with the passage of time.&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;why owing to the increasing educational needs, Govt. Intermediate College Pabbi was established on April, 1977. For the first few years, the college was launched in the rented buildings of the primary school and Rural Developmental Centre respectively. However, adjacent to the stated building, a piece of land of 20 Kanals was secured for the construction of the new building. The present building of the college is at a distance of 800 meters from the G.T road.The college was awarded degree level status in August 1987 and the bachelor classes started in the same year. Now BS four year program has been started in seven disciplines(English, Urdu, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Political Science) this college in 2017.Govt. Degree College Pabbi is affiliated with BISE, Mardan at intermediate level, while for BS Four Years Program level it is affiliated with the Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan and University of Peshawar.&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;</p>
