4. 3 photocopies of Matric DMC (Mark sheet).

5. Photocopy of Character Certificate.

6. Photocopy of Domicile.

7. 4 passport-size photographs with a blue background.

8. Application fee: 100 Rupees. (This is a government fee payable via JazzCash through Jazz Cash).
