- Last date for online apply:4th October 2026
- Hafiz-e-Quran Test (20 Marks): 5th October and 6th October 2026
- Sports trials (i)Cricket 5th October 2026
(ii) Football, Basketball, Volleyball 6th October 2026
(iii) Badminton, Athletics 7th October 2026
- Display of 1st merit list:8th October 2026
- Interview and submission of fee for 1st merit list:8th and 9th October 2026
- Display of 2nd merit list:10th October 2026
- Interview and submission of fee for 2nd merit list:10th and 12th September 2026
- Display of 3rd merit list:13th October 2026
- Interview and submission of fee for 3rd merit list:13th and 14th October 2026
- Orientation and Classes 15th October 2026
Instructions
- Candidates are directed to deposit Rs 100/- through Jazz Cash as application processing fee after online apply to get form verified. Only verified forms are considered by Online Admission System.
- Candidate must visit the college to confirm his name in the merit list as per above mentioned schedule. Merit lists can be checked online by visiting their account or on the following link: https://admission.hed.gkp.pk/merit_list.php. No SMS for merit list shall be issued by the system.
- Application form alongwith the following documents (in original) and one set of attested photocopies of the documents should be submitted at the time of interview/trials/ admission:
Intermediate D.M.C, Domicile Certificate, Father’s C.N.I.C and C.N.I.C/ Form B of Student, Affidavit in application form duly signed by parents/ Guardian, Five(05) Passport size pictures with White background, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate(if applicable), Disability Certificate (Disable Quota),Sports Certificate (Sports Quota), Board to University (Bacha Khan University) Migration certificate, Father/ Mother’s recent Payroll (Govt. Colleges Employees Quota)
- Applicants applied for Sports quota are directed to bring their sports kits on the date of trial.
- Admissions will be granted in the presence of parent/ Elder brother/ Guardian (Uncle)
- The College Administration shall have the right to change admission Schedule as and when required.
