Introduction

  • Admission will be given to those candidates on merit basis who submit their forms within the due dates. No forms will be accepted after the prescribed date.
  • If a candidate has a gap in the studies at the time of applying for admission to college, he shall produce an affidavit to the effect that he has not been admitted at any college previously and is availing the opportunity for admission for the first time.
  • Candidates having less than 65 percent marks are not eligible for admission in science subjects.
  • Candidates who fail to confirm their seat by depositing the required fee within the specified period shown on any merit list shall lose their right of admission and his seat shall be allotted to the next candidate in order of merit. However, if such candidate(s) turn for admission at a later stage and vacant seats are available then such candidates may be given opportunity before offering admission to next candidate(s) having lower stage on the merit list.
  • The candidates who get admitted in the college must abide by the rules and regulations of the college, including class tests, home examination, detention, struck off etc. The College administration can cancel the admission of such students on disciplinary grounds who violate such rules.
  • The candidates in the merit list are interviewed by the admission committee and they must bring their original documents along with them for the interview.

  • Father of the candidate must accompany the candidate for the interview. In case father of the candidate has died or is outside the country or cannot come to college on some convincing grounds, the candidate must come with a guardian for the interview.
  • Original Documents to be produced at the time of interview
  1. SSC / FA / FSc Provisional Certificate
  2. SSC / FA / FSc DMC
  3. Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended
  4. Domicile Certificate
  5. Father’s / Guardian’s and Student’s NIC where applicable
