Introduction
College Library
Both Text books and Reference books of various kinds are available in the college library. The librarian issues books to the teachers and students on the basis of following rules and regulations.
⦁ Regular students of the college possessing college identity cards are eligible to get books from the college
library.
⦁ None-text books are issued to the students for the period of 14 consecutive days. He will be liable to pay Rs.10 per day for the additional period.
⦁ Students can get course books for one academic year and will be responsible for its safe return.
⦁ Before every examination the students are required to get a clearance certificate from the library. Otherwise,
Roll No slip will not be issued to them.
⦁ Students of D.Com-I and D.Com-II are entitled to get only 2 none-text books at a time.
⦁ In case of any loss or damage to the books the student will be liable to pay three fold of the actual price of the book.
⦁ A student going to leave the college will return library books; otherwise his college security shall be confiscated for buying the required books.
⦁ In case a student gets his Roll No Slip by fraud without returning library books, then his college security will be
confiscated. Moreover, his result shall be withheld and he shall get an unsatisfactory Character Certificate.
⦁ College Security can be refunded within one month of the expiry of final year examination. In case of failure, security can be refunded within three months of the termination of final examination. After that the college security shall be forfeited to the General Fund.
