Introduction

Admission in the college will be made with strict adherence to the policy of merit in accordance with the rules and regulations framed by the Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Admission Forms to the Intermediate and Degree, Part-I classes will be issued just after the declaration of results by the BISE, Mardan.

The College Admission Committees will announce the last date for the submission of admission forms. Admission Committee appointed by the Principal will, after thorough scrutiny and verification, provide provisional admission to the candidates, which will not mean any commitment or entail any legal liability till it is confirmed and the registration by the Board / University is completed.

Unless a candidate is granted admission in the college, there is no need of producing affidavit, along with the AdmissionForm. It should be produced at the time of interview /admission.

Students seeking admission on sports basis may submit separate application forms. All the supporting documents and approved certificates must be attached with the application form. No certificate of sports etc., will be entertained after the submission of application forms. In sports quota candidates with at least 2^nd division are eligible for admission / Board Sports certificate are the pre-requisite.

Migration is not allowed from one college to another. However, children of Government Servants may be accommodated in case of transfer of parents to District Nowshera after the date at which admission was closed in this college, provided the marks scored by the applicant in the relevant examination are not less than the lowest marks on which admission has been granted on open merit basis in the discipline to which she wishes to admit. No migration case will be entertained after 31^st December. In case of admission, the student will have to produce original board migration certificate within a week otherwise her admission will not be confirmed.

For migration, the following documents must be submitted.

1. Prescribed application form, complete in all respects.
2. Attested copy of the transfer order of the applicant’s parents.

Admission can be cancelled under the following circumstances:

(1) If any information, given by the student in her application form is found incorrect / false at any stage her admission will stand cancelled.

(2) If a student fails to attend classes within a week of the start of the session or during the session for two weeks.

(3) If a student is found to be professional agitator or has been struck off from any educational institution on disciplinary grounds.

(4) If any misconduct or illegal activity is proved against her, i.e. The use of any electronic device – mobile phone etc. hands free digital camera etc.

(5) If she is found involved in political activity.

(6) Applications for cancellation of admission must be submitted within the period specified, otherwise dues will not be refunded.

(7) In case of cancellation of admission the candidate must apply within one month to draw the security only. After that period the candidate will not be entitled to apply for the same.

(8) Any student found guilty of violating college discipline rules shall be suspended from college and her admission will stand cancelled.
