Introduction

During the course of studies, periodical tests / examinations are regularly conducted by the college to ensure systematic and disciplined study, and to ascertain the progress of students. The results of these tests / examinations are maintained in an academic progress report which is handed over to the students for onward transmission to the parents / guardians to apprise them of the performance of their wards.

Every year Pre-Board /University examination are held in the college in February / March. The students showing unsatisfactory performance in these exams are detained from appearing in Board / University examination. The college authorities reserve the right to detain a student from appearing in the Board / University examination be it any reason.

Those students who do not appear in the college detention examination are fined Rs.300/- while for absence in single paper, a fine of Rs. 50/- per paper is charged. Such students are also detained from appearing in the Board / University examination.
