Admission Notice for Intermediate (F.A/ F.Sc Part-I) for the Session 2023-24

Online applications are invited through website http://www.admission.hed.gkp.pk for Admissions in the following programs of Intermediate (F.A/F.Sc Part-I) for the Session 2023-24, Last date of online application submission is 16th September 2023:

1. Pre-Medical
2. Pre-Engineering
3. Computer Science       (Physics, Mathematics, Computer)
4. General Science          (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer)
5. Arts and Humanities.

Hafiz-e-Quran Test (20 Marks):                                               19^th September 2023

Sports trials          (i) Cricket:                                                   19^th September 2023

1. Display of 1^st merit list:                                                   21^st September 2023
2. Interview and submission of fee for1^st merit list:            21^st and 22^nd September 2023 
3. Display of 2^nd merit list:                                                  23^rd September 2023
4. Interview and submission of fee for 2^nd merit list:          23^rd and 25^th September 2023 
5. Display of 3^rd merit list:                                                   26^th September 2023
6. Interview and submission of fee for 3^rd merit list:           26^th and 27^th September 2023
7. Commencement of Classes: 2^nd October 2023.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Rs.100/- have to be deposited through jazz cash within due date otherwise PENDING application are not considered by the online admission System. Only VERIFIED applications are considered for merit.
2. Separate form and Rs 100/- jazz cash as application processing fee should be submitted for each program and against each quota.
3. Candidate must visit the college to confirm his name in the merit list as per above mentioned schedule. Candidates can also check merit lists online by visiting: https://admission.hed.gkp.pk/merit_list.php. No mobile sms for merit list shall be issued by the system.
4. Application form alongwith the following documents (in original) should be produced at the time of interview/ trials and one set of attested photocopies of the documents should be submitted at the time of interview/ admission:

           SSC DMC, Domicile Certificate, Father’s C.N.I.C and Form B of Student, Affidavit in application form duly signed by parents/ Guardian, Five (05) Passport size pictures             with White background, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate, Disability Certificate (Disable Quota), Sports Certificate (Sports Quota), Migration Certificate for Candidates of                       boards other than BISE Peshawar, Father/ Mother’s recent Payroll (Govt. Colleges Employees Quota)

5. Students provisionally admitted by the committee have to deposit admission fee in The Bank of Khyber Main Branch Charsadda as per the following rates and have to return the bank receipt to admission committee:           

                                                       Pre-Medical/ Pre-Engineering:              Rs. 4030/-                                                                                           

                                                       Computer Science/ General Science:   Rs. 5530/-                                                                                            

                                                       Arts and Humanities:                              Rs. 3730/-

Note: The said fee may change as per Government rules.

6. Residents of Tehsil Charsadda or passed out students from schools of Tehsil Charsadda are advised to apply against Jurisdiction local quota to increase their chances of admission.

7. The College Administration shall have the right to change admission Schedule as and when required.
