Attendance Rules

Introduction

ATTENDENCE AND LEAVE RULES:

A student must have 75% attendance in order to appear in board / university exams, otherwise exam forms would be withheld and student will be detained. It also applies to students who are re-admitted after sickness or any leave accorde at their own risk.
In case of migration from another college students must bring with her the record of previous attendance.
Students will be strictly punished and heavily fined for bunking classes .

. 4. Only under extreme necessity a student may apply to the Principal for leave. Such application must be duly endorsed by the father / guardian of the students.

5. In case of sickness in which long leave (more than a week) is required students must send medical certificate (on OPD chit) along with leave application.

Note: In all cases, leave to a student shall be at her own risk, even a medical certificate shall not condone a deficiency in attendance.
