Every student is required to have 75% attendance in theory and in practicals, failing which she will not be eligible to appear in examinations for admission in the same class. Migration certificate from board to board, or board to university has to be handed-over within 30 days of admission otherwise admission will be treated as cancelled. A date wise record of the attendance of students shall be maintained by each teahcer. The period of absence in case of participation in co-curricular/sports activities outside of Hazara University with the permission of the Competent Authority may not be counted, as absence. Students short of attendance are detained and examination admit-cards are not issued to such students.
