Attendance

According to the rules prescribed by BISE Mardan & women University, it is compulsory for everyone student to follow the following attendance criteria/rules in order to appear in examination.

  • The student must complete at least 75% attendance in each subject as per rule
  • Same criteria must be followed for practical as well
  • A student after remaining absent for seven days consecutively with approved leave, his name must be eliminated/struck off the attendance register and if he failes to admit again in fifteen days then he must not be entitled for re-admission

Re-admission

  • Those students who are expelled from college due to long absenteesim(15 days) may not be re-admitted if chief proctor or concerned officer has objectoin over it
  • If the chief proctor or concerned permit a student for re-admission then he must deposit re-admission fee or admission fee

Note: Re-admission for second time is not allowed for on going session however if student has genuine and deserving case/excuse then he must furnish documentry proof to the Directore of Higher Education with the condition that the applicant can make up for his shortages and can fulfil the requirement of 75% attendance during the remaining period of the session. Such students shall pay all the Government fees and Pupils Fund except security and BISE / University charges.
