• Sports trials          (i)Cricket, Football, Hockey:                  30^th September 2024

• Display of 1^st merit list:                                                       2^nd October 2024
• Interview and submission of fee for 1^st merit list:               2^nd and 3^rd October 2024
• Display of 2^nd merit list:                                                      4^th October 2024
• Interview and submission of fee for 2^nd merit list:              4^th and 5^th October 2024
• Display of 3^rd merit list:                                                       7^th October 2024
• Interview and submission of fee for 3^rd merit list:               7^th and 8^th October 2024
• Display and admission of 4^th merit list (If required)            9^th October 2024
• Display and admission of 5^th merit list (If required)            10^th October 2024
• Commencement of classes                                                 12^th October 2024

Instructions

1. ​Candidates are directed to deposit Rs 100/- through Jazz Cash as application processing fee after online apply to get form verified. Only verified forms are considered by Online Admission System.
2. Separate form must be submitted for each program and against each quota.
3. Candidate must visit the college to confirm his name in the merit list as per above mentioned schedule. Merit lists can be checked online by visiting the following link: https://admission.hed.gkp.pk/merit_list.php. No SMS for merit list shall be issued by the system.
4. Application form alongwith the following documents (in original) should be produced at the time of interview/trials and one set of attested photocopies of the documents should be submitted at the time of interview/admission:

Intermediate D.M.C, Domicile Certificate, Father’s C.N.I.C and C.N.I.C/ Form B of Student, Affidavit in application form duly signed by parents/ Guardian, Five(05) Passport size pictures with White background, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate, Disability Certificate (Disable Quota),Sports Certificate (Sports Quota), Board to University (Bacha Khan University) Migration certificate, Father/ Mother’s recent Payroll (Govt. Colleges Employees Quota)

• Applicants applied for Sports quota are directed to bring their sports kits on the date of trial.
• The College Administration shall have the right to change admission Schedule as and when required.
