Sports Trials!!!

All candidates who have applied on sport quota are hereby directed to appear for sports trial starting from 9th & 10th September 2024. Please read the complete instructions before appearing for trial.

Instructions for the candidates who are appearing for sports trials 2024-25

  1. Candidates are required to bring Original Sports Certificates, Proof of Date of Birth, and Original Mark-sheet of SSC with duly attested copies of each of the above at the time of reporting.
  2. Only candidates who fulfill the Academic and Sports eligibility as given in Admission Policy ..... will be considered for admission irrespective of invitation to appear for sports trial.
  3. Any certificate provided by the applicant may be sent to the respective association/federation for verification. If at any stage the certificate is not found to be genuine, the admission will be cancelled summarily.
  4. All expenses relating to travel, lodging and boarding will be borne by the candidate.
  5. Please come in proper sport uniform for trial.
  6. Please bring your own Sport’s Kit (Racquet, Hockey Stick, Bat, etc.)
  7. Candidates reporting late will not be allowed to participate in the trials.
  8. Candidates who do not participate for physical fitness will not be allowed for skill test.
  9. The College will not be responsible for any injury caused during the sports trial.
  10. Candidates who remain absent on the trial day will not be considered further for admission and no sport trial will be arranged for them separately.
  11. College Games Committee reserves the right to make any change in the schedule of the sports trial without any prior notice.
  12. Candidates should be ready to stay next day if trial is not completed due to any unavoidable reasons.
  13. Any candidate who tries to influence the experts /any other concerned person is liable to be disqualified. Convincing in any manner for securing admission shall render the applicant disqualified.
